Hiking is the best medicine I have ever found, for both the body and the soul! I love LONG hikes, all day trips that may cover 30 or more miles. The wilder the setting the better. I often go off the beaten path, along rivers in a rural setting, or if nothing else, state park paths. I hike at least once a week, even in cold weather.
