They Say There Is No Bad Weather, But Only Bad-Clad People

I have to say, I tend to be somewhat of a good-weather hiker - naturally, I know you cannot choose your preferred weather, but I REALLY like not getting rained on. Currently, due to my new environs through my relocation to Herzogenaurach, I strive to get to know the local area (also I hope, with company by the DAV section in Erlangen) by hiking and biking it. Alas, mountain tours in high altitudes (where I have nevertheless 20+ years of "feet-on" experience) would have to wait some time for me, as I have to regain my stamina and train my physical fitness to a level I have prior to the Covid pandemic...
