I don't know if it's due to the books I've been reading recently or the downturn in the economy, but I suddenly have a great interest in spending more time outdoors - be it hiking, honing my beginner surfing skills, or just talking a walk. I'm interested in meeting someone with a similar interest (surfing skills not required), and who might also be a fan of books, films, music, travel, food, and wine. Favorite places I've hiked include assorted areas i round Santa Fe and Upstate New York. I'm looking forward to hiking parts of the Olympic Peninsula in the spring.
