Hi, I'm a high school art teacher and artist, and I love indie films, but clearly I'm on this site because I like hiking a lot. In particular, I'm looking to meet a 4 season hiker like myself who likes the Catskills and Adirondack mountains in particular. I'm of course open to other places, but those are the closest places to me that I can get to relatively quickly.
I also like some cross country skiing, rock climbing (mostly indoors, but I do like some of the climbs at the Gunks).
I belong to the AMC and the NY/NJ Trail conference, but it is surprisingly difficult to meet people in New Jersey who like to hike as much as I do... So hopefully that's where you come in...
