My husband and I have always been an active and outdoors couple, but have only recently began to explore the exciting world of "hiking". We are wanting to find information about hiking gear, trails, and general information. Though we would like to eventually expand our traveling zone, we are currently looking for trails in the Texas hill country, west Texas, Texas panhandle New Mexico, and Colorado. We are also specifically looking for insider's opinions on hiking gear for EXTREMELY HOT weather conditions.
