My name is Jason,I am 35, I am the manager of a local Savemart. I enjoy reading, tai chi, writting fiction, and am an avid outdoorsman and hiker. I am just about to begin a carreer as a Kern county firefighter so hiking once a week keeps me fit. I am married and have one duaghter with another child on the way. I am easy going and knowledgeable about most trails in Kings canyon/Sequoia N.P.S. In my spare time, when not hiking, I volunteer my time giving school children tours at the a local nature preserve, teaching water safety in Kings Canyon, and ocasionally do airial servalience with the department of justice. (I'm also a horrible speller) My favorite hikes are most all Mineral king trails, and I frequently huant the Garfield Hokket trail. Most often I hike the backcountry alone but occationally I take people I work with. Looking for some hiking buddies.
