I am an extremely passionate individual who absolutely loves the wilderness. I am actually preparing to devote 90% of the rest of my life to the wild. This summer I intend to embark on a journey of backcountry hiking and survival with no clear end date. I feel as though most members of modern society has completely lost our connection with our Mother Earth and I hope to restore mine. Over this summer I am planning on hiking every week monday to friday in the Beartooth wilderness, and the weeks where i dont do that i will do tuesday to friday in the hyalite canyon outside of bozeman. some weeks depending whats going on I might just do a series of day hikes. Long story short i am looking for as many people to share these journeys with. I will be practicing my primitive survival skills during these trips as well as practicing meditation and reconnecting with the earth. Some days I may get up before the sun so that i can find a nice spot by a tree, and then sit by that tree for the enitre day and just OBSERVE. Looking for likeminded people who would be willing to do more than just hike out to some pretty places take pictures and go home. I want to truly connect to those places.
