15 miles a day
15 miles a day I enjoy hiking in many of the state parks in Illinois and other states. I am good for up to 15 miles in a day. Recently I hiked Starved Rock on Saturday and Matthiesson State Park on Sunday. Each was over 13 miles of trails.
