Best hiking ever-Canadian Rockies I also love kayaking and cycling. I've hiked on Mt. Hood, in the Canadian Rockies, around Massachusetts and New Hampshire, on the Olympic Peninsula, and a bit in Virginia. I like to hike where ever I go that there's hiking.

I'm an outdoorsy, bookish, adventurous vegan with a great sense of humor. Traveling is a big part of my life. Some memorable adventures: celebrating the turn of the millennium in a 12th century castle in Wales, getting stalked by a crack dealer in Nicaragua, kayaking in New Zealand, bike-riding through white-night St. Petersburg, camping in the Canadian Rockies, staying in a Buddhist temple complex in Kyoto, and dodging multi-species traffic in Jaipur.

My ideal partner is a great guy who cares about the world. You offer your seat on the metro to anyone who needs it more. You take things seriously as needed, but you have a sense of humor and a healthy capacity for goofiness. You're intellectually curious and well-informed.
